Group Benefits Plans for companies with employees working outside of their home country
We customize group benefits plans (including health, dental, life insurance, and disability insurance) for companies with 'expatriate' employees working on foreign assignment.
We can offer such coverage in one of two structures:
- As a group policy for 10 or more employees for which the employee is only eligible while employed with the company named as the policy holder
- Using our exclusive Expatriate Health Insurance Plan, we structure a employee benefits solution as a collection of individual insurance certificates. In this option, enrolment is administered by the employer in the style of a group plan (i.e. monthly billing) but coverage is portable for the employee/external contractor. This means the employee who will remain an expatriate after termination of employment or after a work contract ends may opt to extend his/her policy.

Through our strategic partners, we also can provide group benefits for domestic employee groups and associations, including group health & dental coverage for students.
